Amazing final product! Looks beautiful! They found and repaired structural damage and the trailer looks brand new! They are so accommodating and make the whole process so easy for the customer. Their original estimate before repairs was spot on and they came in a few bucks cheaper than first thought even after the repairs. I highly recommend getting your roof done by Michigan RV FlexArmor!

Had RV Flex Armor installed on my Class C motorhome. This is how a business should be run. Friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and hands down the best customer service I've ever received. I dealt with Bill, and he walked me through the process step by step. He answered all of my questions, took the time to show me exactly what they would be doing and why, and even sent photos and video's while the work was being performed. The clear commitment to quality workmanship, the high level of customer service, and the honesty and transparency in pricing make this the go to place if you need your RV Roof done. Thanks Bill!!

I knew that I needed to reseal my TPO roof because it was looking pretty bad. I had planned to re-coat the roof myself but after doing research into the various options I chose to go the Flex Armor route because a DIY coating would have most likely failed. I found Michigan Flex Armor on the web and gave them a call. They were prompt in their response and they were very courteous and professional in the entire process. They did have to remove the old TPO roof and I can see in the finished product that the results are superior to any other process I was considering. Their life time guarantee gives me peace of mind. I am happy with my decision. I've included before and after pictures for reference
Frequently Asked Questions About Michigan RV FlexArmor LLC
What is the maintenance on a FlexArmor roof?
FlexArmor roofs do not require any specific maintenance to preserve your RV's condition or maintain warranty validity. There is no need for caulking, special cleaning agents, or conditioning treatments on the FlexArmor RV roof system.
How long will my RV be in your shop while it's getting a new roof?
The installation process for a new roof typically takes approximately 2.5 days, assuming no additional repairs or work are necessary for your RV.
Does FlexArmor come with a warranty?
FlexArmor provides a lifetime warranty that can be transferred to subsequent owners.
How do I clean a FlexArmor RV roof?
Any standard household cleaner can be used on a FlexArmor roof. The system boasts high chemical resistance, making it impervious to cleaners or bleach. Its non-porous nature resists stains and mildew, while its self-cleaning design allows most everyday dirt to be washed away by rain.
Do I need to caulk around my fixtures?
Caulking is not necessary with the FlexArmor system. Our chemical bond eliminates the need for caulking by removing all exposed screws, joints, and seams typically found in RV roofs.
Is this roof a bedliner? Rhino? Linex?
FlexArmor is not a bedliner, Rhino, or Linex product. It is a pure polyurea system with a proprietary process designed specifically for RVs. Unlike less expensive hybrid options, FlexArmor's pure polyurea composition ensures superior temperature resistance, consistent curing quality, flexibility, and UV protection.
What is the difference between your roof system and ones that are done onsite?
FlexArmor is exclusively applied indoors in a controlled environment. The application requires specialized equipment and trained professionals. This indoor process allows for the safe removal and protection of important components like AC units and vent lids, eliminating risks associated with weather exposure or damage.
What if I have to replace anything on my roof?
We replace all vent pipes, lids, refrigerator bases and lids, standard vent lids, and install new Camco vent covers and AC gaskets during the FlexArmor application. Future additions or replacements can be accommodated by cutting through the coating, installing the new component, and respraying the affected area at an approved FlexArmor facility.
How does this compare to other RV roof coatings and RV roof sealants in strength, flexibility and thickness?
FlexArmor offers superior performance with over 600% elongation, providing exceptional flexibility to accommodate RV movement and temperature changes. Its strength exceeds 3500 psi tear resistance, making it highly resistant to punctures and tears. The coating is applied at a thickness of 187 mils or 3/16 of an inch.
Will my FlexArmor roof be completely smooth? Will there be pitting that I have to keep an eye on?
The final texture of a FlexArmor roof may vary depending on the substrate and roof components. While we aim for a smooth finish, some slight texture is normal and comparable to fiberglass roofs. Any apparent 'pitting' is superficial and does not affect the roof's performance or durability.
