  Very tidy. I offered to cleanup after as I always do for other clean out servicer s, but he insisted on cleaning up for me and was thorough. He cleared my main line but answered my questions as I had seen silt and water but never TP in the clean out before and thought it might be I bought something other than septic safe paper. He explained septic safe paper, when the water cannot agitate, could allow it to clump as it did. I appreciate the analysis on my kitchen obstruction as i felt it might be the vent pipe which it wasn’t. Very polite and professional.

  Tony Paterno - plumber @ Thornton & Grooms did a Great, efficient, timely, job of fixing our leak in copper tube in basement overhead and also took a look around to see if any other plumbing problems may be obvious and found a problem in our toilet, the water was overflowing in tank before it would stop when flushed (which was causing our high water bill!).!. Thank you Tony and Thornton Grooms for going the extra mile to fix a problem we didn't even realize was a problem although we couldn't figure out why our water bill has run so high for the last 6 months! Great clean up after work also! Great job! Thank you !!!

  The Thornton and Grooms Serviceman, Kyle Knight, came out and provided an AC inspection. Kyle was on time, professional, and walked me through my system and everything that needed to be looked at in the future. I did sign up for the Service contract because I was thoroughly impressed with the service that Kyle provided, as well as having a company to call that I would have a level of knowing that I would receive quality services I would highly recommend this company, but they do need to provide customers with a window for services, which would include like a two hour window or so the customers time is precious as well as the service time.

  I was very pleased with my experience with Thornton and Grooms. Logan and Craig were both timely, friendly, professional, and honest. I had a blocked groundwater drain that Logan tried for hours to clear. Craig came later to water jet but informed me it wasn’t likely to work, and he wouldn’t want to charge me for an unsuccessful attempt. He also recommended an appropriate foundation waterproofing company who could help me out. I truly appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn’t attempt to sell me something that wouldn’t have worked. I will be calling them in the future for any plumbing/hvac/electrical needs because they seem to do it all.

  Darrin provided excellent service in a prompt and efficient way. He was able to clearly explain the issues, the steps he would take to evaluate the problem, and what the possible solutions were. He left the space significantly cleaner than it was when he began, and really went above and beyond to make sure our problem was not only taken care of, but that we understood how to move forward in a way that was safe and productive! His colleague Michael was similarly clear and professional, making sure that we understood what was going on at all steps in the process and provided a clear and actionable solution. I am very satisfied with the work Darrin and Michael did!
