  Kevin Guyzik was the team leader for installing my new furnace and air conditioning unit today. He was very courteous, respectful and took the time to explain what the process would look like throughout the day. He made sure the areas inside were kept clean with drop clothes and swept up any debris at the completion of the installation. I would welcome him into my home for any other work provided by Randazzo Heating, Cooling and Electrical.

  Sam Speed was very professional, personable and knowledgeable! He recognized the problem with my furnace right away, and was able to fix the problem by pressing a button (which reset the GFI). I highly recommend this technician! I asked why the person on the phone didn’t suggest this, and he said I may have been talking to a sophisticated AI system. We’ve been sitting here without heat for approximately 10 days, waiting for someone to fix my furnace. Little did we know that it was such a simple, one button fix! I think companies should get rid of AI systems and start hiring humans again, as AI customer service is beyond horrible and cannot provide adequate help (especially in situations like this, when temperatures drop and there is not heat).

  Alexander and his partner did an outstanding job replacing my furnace and air conditioner. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the entire process went smoothly. The installation was done quickly and with great attention to detail, and they left everything clean and organized when they were finished. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Alexander and his team to anyone in need of HVAC work!

  Isaiah Cooper was our technician for our maintenance call and he was exceptional! He walked me through all of the checks he was doing and all of the maintenance processes I can do to maintain our equipment between scheduled maintenance appointments. He was very courteous and mindful of our home. Randazzos service has been great since we had them replace our Furnace and AC unit. I Would recommend to anyone looking for heating/cooling needs for their home.

  Damien Green is the tech who arrived to look into airconditioning that was failing. Another company had told me, without running any tests, that I needed a new evaporator coil for $3000 which was bizarre since the whole unit is 12 years old. Damien did all the testing and troubleshooting needed to identify the issue (it was raining and he had to go in and out to the ac unit at least 10 times) and he found that it was not the ac but the control board which the other company had replaced 4 months ago!!. They are now going to come replace that defective board without charge. I highly recommend Damien, he’s the man! thank you, Damien.
