  The entire experience was wonderful. Scheduling was super easy, and they start the appointment by sending you a notice of who is on the way and a picture of the technician. He easily fixed the main reason for the call (garbage disposal), then also looked at our sinks, washer and shower drains. He actually taught me how to preventatively care for and clean all my drains and faucets (even getting under the sinks to show me the parts and how to do it and then had me try it to make sure I could do it on my own). It really felt like he was there to teach me how to better take care of the plumbing systems in our home, not just fix our garbage disposal. Super impressed and would highly recommend.

  Joseph and Madisyn did a fantastic job With the electrical needs for our bathroom remodel. They had to move a few outlets, install new wiring for a light over the shower and build a box into our brick fireplace. They were fast and cleaned up the mess. Price was very fair. I would highly recommend!

  I called Mrs. Michael’s for help with a broken chain on my fan. They immediately called me and wanted to come over right away. They did tell me that it would be at least $129 just to come to my house which I agreed to. Once they arrived they required that we signed one more document before they assessed the fan. The electrician spent about 20 minutes assessing the fan before he said it cannot be fixed. He quoted us for installing a new fan and left. We were charged us another $185 for that assessment so we are out over $300 to not have anything done to our fan. I called and asked if we could at least get the assessment charge taken off since nothing was done and they refused and said someone would call me back. No one has called me back. I’m really disappointed that it was over $300 for them to tell me we can’t fix your fan but here’s another quote for us to come install a new fan and spend more money. They were very eager to come over and charge us band just as quick to determine there was nothing that could be done and leave.

  Jacob was great! After waiting for over a week due to Thornton and Grooms trying to price gouge us. I’m so happy I made the call I will be calling Mrs Micheal for all my plumbing needs. I wish I never wasted my time with other companies. Jacob was very professional, nice and he got the job done! I will be requesting him for now on! Thank you your team is awesome!

  It all started with Ben, who was really kind and professional delivering my quote. Mrs.Michaels is definitely not the cheapest option, but being a family and female owned business, I want to spend my money with good people, so it was an easy sale. Within two days from the quote, I had a 200amp panel added outside and my 100amp panel swapped out for a new one. After install, there was an issue and we lost power to half of our house. Luckily, Evan was able to come out the following day and he got the problem identified and resolved within an hour, so it all turned out okay. I’m not in love with the install of the copper wire going outside to the grounding rod they placed. It feels like I’m advertising copper in my house with this wrapping around a corner four to five feet and having it right underneath the hose spigot and on a heavy traffic step, which I’ve never seen done before (see photo). I was assured this is standard, so I will hope for the best but seems like that method should be improved. Overall I’m really happy with how everything worked out so I’d definitely recommend this business to anyone!
