  We had a new wash tub put in and our kitchen sink drain pipe rerouted. Technicians arrived on time and briefed us on their work. They were respectful not to track anything in the house, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was done in a workman like manner and they answered all of our questions after completing the work.

  5-star service from Tariq Baskerville. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed a clogged condensate line on our boiler and had it cleaned and running perfectly in no time. He was great with my family and kept the workspace spotless. We ended up joining the Home Care Club because of the quality of service we received today. Thanks, Tariq!

  I called Thornton & Grooms about backed up toilets on a Saturday morning. They said their service person would call when he was on his way. Randy, our service person, arrived when he said he would. He checked out the problem with the backed up toilets, diagnosed the problem, explained what he needed to do and started getting the problem resolved. As he progressed, he found an suggested a better way to solve the problem, so we agreed, and he proceeded to snake the main sewer line and took out the blockage. We are very pleased with the job that Randy did and with the quick response by Thornton & Grooms.

  I cannot recommend Thornton & Grooms, and specifically their drain technician Darrin Wimbush, highly enough. I woke up to a clogged kitchen sink and feared the worst, but the experience from start to finish was absolutely seamless. ⭐️Incredible Speed: I placed the call early, and Darrin contacted me at 7:40 AM. He was at my door by 8:00 AM. You cannot ask for better responsiveness. ⭐️Professionalism & Courtesey: Darrin was polite, friendly, and incredibly prepared.
