They were closed for weekend so I waited until Monday morning the 17th at 8:00am when I called. I was greeted in a professional pleasant manner and they were able to schedule me in for 10-12 that day. Russ showed up at 10:05 and was able to quickly assess the damage and begin to work. Russ was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He had the door fixed and was gone within 30 minutes. The response time is great the price was reasonable and fair. I would recommend Tarnow.
