From the start, they immediately put me at ease with their professionalism, clear assessment, and positive attitudes, saying, “We can do this—no problem!” My water heater is in a hard-to-reach spot inside a weird little cubby, and I knew the walls would need to be cut, electrical moved, and the old unit carefully drained and removed. It was not an easy job—but they made it look easy. It honestly makes my heart happy to come across skilled tradespeople like Jeremy and Paul. They worked efficiently as a team, explained everything thoroughly once the job was complete, and even took a quick look at my furnace to offer a few helpful maintenance tips. These guys truly care about their work, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Only way to stop the blower is to turn off the breaker. We both work. I have zero availability Mon -Fri. My wife's available after 5 p.m. No service appointments after 5 pm or on the weekends. My wife's next time off is Wed (14th). So maybe we will have a correctly working HVAC system by then...

The workmanship the installers delivered was top notch and among the best I've ever seen. I just had my yearly inspection and cleaning performed and the technician Don also did excellent work. Don called when he was 30min away letting me know exactly when he was going to arrive. He explained everything he was doing, let me know how long everything was going to take and answered all of my questions (very professional). The installation team led by Alex with partner Jayden was marvelous, absolutely two of the most professional people I have met in the industry. They arrived on time and completed installation without problems in one day as promised. Supported by field supervisor Dan, electrician Nathan, installers Matt and Greg and hauler Dustin, Alex’s team provided excellent service and I would recommend everyone to Randazzo because of their performance.
