- LRLove Respect6 days ago1.0Came out charged 95 dollars. Was rude and disgusted. He even swore on my camera system! I waited 2 days and heard nothing. I called in and they had not even processed the parts order which was double the company I called on after I never heard anything. They are owned by Lenox furnace company and they get a huge discount in parts but double the price anyways. Hard pass.

Doug is absolutely fantastic!

She was up front with cost and expectations. She even checked for cancelations for sooner service. The automated system sent me a text before the technician showed up. There was a photo and even a bio about the technician prior to arrival. The technician was friendly, efficient, and informative. He explained exactly what he did and how he fixed the furnace. My entire experience was amazing. I highly recommend this company!
