  We recently purchased a new Furnace and AC from Randazzo, and the whole process was excellent. First, we met with consultant Brian E. Brian was very helpful in recommending and helping us to select the right system for our home. Brian was very responsive and professional. Communications with Brian were fast and accurate. For the installation, the technicians were Joe T. and Razak O. Joe and Razak were very professional and courteous. They were organized and very efficient. Removal of the old system was quick and clean. Joe and Razak both took great care in the installation of the new system. In addition, Joe is very knowledgeable and took time to explain things and answer questions throughout the installation. The new Lennox system works great and even looks good. Our home is very comfortable now. Thanks guys.

  From consult to install Randazzo did a great job! Joe and Adam were professional and respectful of my home. They patiently walked me through what was done during the install, and left me with a working furnace and a/c unit at the end of the day. Service with a smile, no cussing out of frustration when a curve ball was thrown at them, and they were nice to my dogs. Thank you, Joe, Adam, and Randazzo’s!

  I was going to give a five star for service as the installer was great. While the bill was not mine to pay and was agreed upon instead of another company to use. 3 other companies were still thousands less and one even included a free water heater. If it was my choice it would have been another company, as I even was looking to review here and ended up on callrandazzo site (only the next day after install) which said with full hvac get a free water heater, yet was never told such detail from the quote a week before, they just removed the water heater in the quote as it was nearing 20k with it. That’s ridiculous. So when i feel i was let down like that, i don’t recommend companies, for not even caring enough about their customers, and word of mouth is stronger than an add. So that only gets a 3 star. Really wish reviews could break it down because you cannot give 5 stars when you were neglected of such a benefit and they cannot claim they didn’t know their own company offers a free water heater to tell me so. The company who did offer it in January when quoted was C&C, so you know who does care about you and your hard earned money. As now if I need a water heater, that’s a stupid price from covid feeling that people should pay not under 1k but now thinking 2-3k is a normal price somehow, thati can’t afford on top of buying a new car to heat and cool my house. Still need to confirm one thing about some “panel grounding and bonding” rod, that i think was charged but never shown anything about that inside or outside, as i thought it was a ground rod to install yet there is nothing there or attached anywhere that i see anywhere yet paid a-lot of money for something or nothing and taken advantage of maybe!

  There are no words that can describe MR. Steven Danou and his performance. This was not the first time Steven performed HVAC service in my residence. Polite, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant, the least I can say about him. MR. Danou visited us to perform an annual cleaning and check on our furnace when he discovered an irrelevant issue, he worked on the problem for ours and hours until he resolved it, never complained, always smiling and assuring me that he’s not leaving until it’s all resolved, and so happened. Mr. Danou left my house after 5 hours of his arrival. A hundred star is not enough Steven 🙏🙏🙏🙏

  My furnace went out the other day. I called randazzos and they got me an appointment for the next business day. My services technician Raymond kandt was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly, and got me a good price for everything. He replaced the blower motor and made sure everything was properly working before he left. I am very satisfied with the service he provided, and should I need more heating and cooling work in the future, I know I can go to randazzos.
