  Thank you Randazzo and to our technician Damien for the excellent and professional service. We had a routine heating maintenance and changed our filters along with a replacement of our thermostat. Got some great tips from Damien as well to keep everything working smoothly. We appreciated the professional notifications regarding the arrival time as well as confirming the appointment. Thanks again!

  Have never owned a home that I’ve put new equipment in and this third home feels like it’ll be a long stay, so to afford better comfort in the decade to come wanted a setup that could be spoken to and explained in detail (never wanting to question my choice) Nick Jowett not only was able to speak very well to all the systems I was trying to do research on but he was able to guide us in a way where the system (both AC/Furnace replaced) we resulted with was one we never thought we could afford, his knowledge and ability to pair promotions left us with the feeling that we were getting the best setup possible in our budget without being dismissed on our concerns given the unique struggles of a tri-level home When it came time to install Julian Szatkowski and his team were able to not only accomplish both units under one day, but the conversions needed for a high efficiency furnace and its inlets/outlets were handled about as gracefully as one could hope for, leaving little to no cleanup where it mattered and the most contained “eyesore” possible given the codes to be appealed in such a process, with three of them in total and 9 hours my homes comfort levels have been boosted beyond what I had hoped for The whole endeavor start to finish remained just shy of a week and a half, so to have such a painless and quick turnaround right before a Michigan winter was the best fortune I could have brought the house for the holidays If you’re able to bring it into budget I cannot recommend enough the quality of living this type of decision can create

  We were very pleased with Randazzo’s services, from our initial phone call through the work being done and follow up. The first gentleman (Comfort Advisor) who came to our house and provided our estimate and answered our initial questions, was very professional and kind and thorough. He communicated with us many times throughout our discernment process and installation and post-installation. The individuals who made up the large work crew that came to our house were professional, knowledgeable, Hard-working, and pleasant. We appreciate their skills and how they treated us and our project. This was a huge home improvement for us and we spent what was a very large amount of money for our family. We feel confident moving forward with the work done by Randazzo and the positive impact it should have on our lives. When we decided to seek out companies that could provide estimates for our home project, we sought the advice of a cousin who works as a large-scale heating professional. He had positive things to say about Randazzo, so we contacted them. Finally, we as a family try to live as welcoming, loving Catholic people who are open to all people of all faiths, all people in general. We believe in kindness and inclusivity. Therefore the Mission Statement of Randazzo that was printed on the folder of materials provided with our estimate, helped us to decide about working with Randazzo.

  The tech nicholas king was super nice! Right on time! A little early actually! Told us what we kinda already knew (need a new furnace 😭) set us up an appointment with the sales team to come out within hours, and waived our service fee. Which obviously because we are about to spend way more on a new furnace so the measly 95$ they didnt need lol! But it was still extremely nice that he did that for us! We will for sure stick with randazzo!

  Even though our maintenance guy did a good job, I was told by the AI prompt when I called there would be a paper receipt at the time of the repair. That is the main reason my mom even went with this company was because of the paper receipt that was offered at the time of service. People need those receipts to prove the repairs to their homes, nobody actually cares about an email receipt. If my mother does not receive her receipt we will be calling about it because the maintenance man assured me there would be one mailed to her. So until we get the receipt I can only give half stars even though the maintenance man did a good job (5 stars) the AI is misleading which falls on the company itself (no stars for AI).
