Their customer service is excellent, their installation work is outstanding, their prices are reasonable, and their entire staff is incredibly friendly. We purchased over 1,200 square feet of LVP from them. Todd, Ashley and Andrew were extremely helpful during the selection process and answered all of our questions. They even allowed us to take samples home, which made choosing the right flooring much easier. Danny, Eric, and Chuck are truly exceptional installers. My wife and I appreciated their attention to detail, the high quality of their workmanship, and their flexibility—especially when we added a few extra items to the installation list. They are wonderfully friendly and genuinely customer-focused. Now that the installation is complete, we will actually miss having them around. Overall, Pleasant Flooring exceeded our expectations at every step.

Throughout the process from the initial quote to the final payment, Andrew, Todd, and Ashley were great to deal with. Danny and his crew did an excellent job with the luxury vinyl plank install, and the same goes for Mario, for the carpet install. This is my second time using Pleasant Flooring, and I highly recommend them!

Our new carpet is so beautifully installed! Also, the carpet installers are well-treated and loyal to Pleasant Flooring because working conditions are much better than working for big box stores. They did a great job with our complicated floorplan.
