He was straight forward with us about everything, a no BS salesman. We appreciated that and decided to go with Paramount. I'm so glad we did. Everyone we worked with, from the salesman, billing, to the installers, were fantastic! Everyone is so kind and informative. They will keep you updated every step of the way. Our fence is absolutely beautiful! We can't wait until we can enjoy our yard in the spring after all of the snow melts.

I purchased a very nice, very expensive fence from them in/around 2012/2014, and everything was exceptional every year until now. Ever since Sterling Weber took over, they are no longer honoring their warranty for my fence repairs. Very unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. I paid an astronomical amount of money for my fence that is on a double lot, and this year, 2025, Sterling Weber, Paramount Fence, is suddenly refusing to honor my warranty. This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and inconceivable. In 2012/2014 I had obtained 3 quotes before I selected them, and they honored their warranty every, single year until now, 2025. The gentleman who always assisted me is no longer with the company, and Sterling Weber has decided he is no longer honoring the warranty their company offered, provided, and honored every, single year up until now. I highly recommend you select a different fence company based upon their position to no longer honor their warranty. This is more than disheartening, and unprofessional. This company cannot be trusted, so heed warning. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
