- GAGrant AlexanderJun 28, 20251.0Paramount installed chain link gates and a driveway gate - unfortunately, they subcontract all of their work to the lowest bidder, which is reflected in the lack of communication and expectation setting experienced during the install. The subcontractors drilled through our irrigation line without pre-informing, and then left mounds of dirt on our grass from post holes (and if we didn’t take action ourselves, the expectation was that it would be taken care of 3 weeks later, when our custom sized gates were fabricated and installed). They don’t specialize in concrete finishing (in the case of installing fence poles in concrete), so you should anticipate hiring someone who specializes in this. Given the previous good reviews and the additional $1k installation cost compared to other lower rated companies, you would think things would be more planned out and polished, but this was not the case.

We did have a few delays that pushed the installation a couple of weeks past the stated timeline, but everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. That they were able to install the fence in the dead of winter was a big plus, too.
