- PLPaul LearningFeb 21, 20265.0I was skeptical of Mrs. Michael when I booked an appointment and found out that they required a service fee to provide an estimate for any work. As it turns out, though, it was money well spent! Mrs. Michael sent Justin P out the next day to review the job and provide an estimate. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and provided details of the work that would be required for the job and what the cost would be for each item required to complete the job. When I informed Justin that I needed to get the job completed as soon as possible, he made a quick phone call and confirmed that he could have Patrick H available within a couple of days to perform all the plumbing work required to relocate my washer and dryer, including running new water lines and adding a new drain catch for the washer. Patrick arrived as promised and on time the next day and completed the entire job that same day, much to my satisfaction. Lastly, my rescue dog Brandy is extremely skittish around new people in general, and around guys specifically. I was happy to see Brandy cozy up to both Justin and Patrick almost immediately upon their arrival; an extremely rare occurrence for her. It sure helped that Patrick brought her cookies, too! A 10 of 10 rating for Mrs. Michael and I’d highly recommend them for any plumbing requirements you may have. Very friendly, reliable, and they provide top-quality work at a reasonable price!
