- PPPeaceJan 5, 20265.0What a great company where everyone is so helpful, respectful, and wonderful! From customer service on the phone to Maurice that came to our house to help us figure out what we needed and how to make it happen! We had an electrical emergency when three of our breakers stopped working after a power outage and we couldn't reset them. One of them was for our water pump! It was Friday and we were facing a weekend (at least) with no water, and Maurice came out the same day, helped us get our water on for the weekend, and set up an entire electrical panel install for that Monday morning!!! Jack and Mark Jr. came out and spent the majority of the day in the garage and outside on the roof changing everything out. Did I mention it was winter and we were having sub zero temperatures?????!!!!!! They were so nice and respectful! They wore booties over their boots every time they came inside. I explained to them that I had an adult son with autism in the house, and they not only understood, they went out of their way to include him in our conversations, and they were so patient! It took them several hours, but they got along with each other, they communicated clearly with me, and even when I knew they had to be frustrated and freezing, they never complained once. They never raised their voices, and they stayed so upbeat and positive!! I have NEVER had a better experience with a repair company!! I can't say enough how highly I recommend them for your next job!!

I will say I am very appreciative of the technician who called me back after I set up an appointment because he guided me in the right direction and I was able to figure out my issue. With it being a holiday (new years day), this was a huge financial help to not have to have emergency services. So THANK YOU!!

They moved a cabinet after letting me know that it would block installation. I also appreciated Ben, who did the initial estimate. He talked about books that he and my girlfriend were both reading, which was very nice.
