The technician (Aundray) was 110% professional, personable, and extremely efficient. After 13 plus years of doing business with Great Dane, I expect nothing less than a GREAT experience, and that's what I've always received. This company hires and trains top notch people, and it really shows time and time again!

I went from freezing to being nice and cozy. Every worker, even over the phone, was extremely professional and kind. I would recommend them to the world.

Came out on time and was able to throughly explain their findings in my new home and walk me through what did and more surprisingly did not need to be fixed. I think some companies would have taken advantage of my lack of electrical knowledge and "fixed" everything on my home inspectors report. They went line by line and explained why some things were actually fine to leave as is and posed no danger to my home. Would reccomend!

I particularly like how they notify you via text that your service expert is on the way and provide a name and photograph. Nick was informative, courteous, and professional, answering my questions and getting right to work on our furnace checkup. He was done in a little less than an hour and provided valuable information regarding the possible replacement of my water heater, too. This is the second time I have had service from Great Dane. Whenever I have HVAC concerns, I will not hesitate to call on them again.
