He showed up exactly when he said he would, which I really appreciated. Jeff took his time checking everything and quickly found the main issue. He also walked me through a few other potential concerns, explained the costs clearly, and made sure I understood all our options. What stood out most was how thorough and honest he was. His explanations were easy to follow, and you could tell he really knows his craft. Honestly, I felt fortunate that Jeff was the one who came out to help us today. Thank you, Jeff! He also fixed a wire that was burnt. He was very polite and gave a few good suggestions about the filter. Great job!

Job turned a little more complicated when the city water valve broke but Dominic stayed and waited for the repairs outside and made sure that my water heater was up and running. It was a long afternoon but he was patient and very friendly and I very much appreciate his help and know how.
- KKKeith KaniutDec 8, 20255.0The boiler technician was responding to a heating failure that was diagnosed as due to air in the lines that needed to be bled. He also discovered a stuck valve. Although unable to replace the valve (didn’t carry that model/size in truck) he was able o restore the heat by creatively bleeding the system. A properly functioning valve would have made it easier and more thorough. A repeat trip to replace the valve will be scheduled. Mr. Beckley did a great job.
