He came over and personally evaluated the problem and addressed it in a timely manner. Given that, I’m updating my ratings for this review. I’m usually happy with the service provided by Delet but not so much this time around. There was a loud popping sound I had heard which made the garage door go down and come right up. When the person came to resolve the issue they also heard the sound but all he did was spray lubricant. The real issue is that one of the panels has misaligned from one side which was never evaluated. I’m marking the price overpaid only bc the entire root cause wasn’t analyzed. It was a steep price of $175 to pay just for the lubricant.
