- MGMegan GroverApr 24, 20225.0I ordered an air compressor online and after having it delivered and set up...it broke as soon as I started it. The manufacturer gave me a few options of where to take my machine for warranty repair and I am so glad that I chose Atomic. The techs seem very well learned in their trade. Rather than doing a quick, botched repair they deemed my unit too damaged and had a new unit sent to them to make sure it wouldn't have any issues before it came to me. The receptionist was so sweet on the phone, I didn't feel like I was a bother for calling here and there to get updates. She even called me a few times during the process (well, left voice-mails because I was busy at the times she called) but still did her best to keep me informed throughout the weeks I had my machine there. All together, even though I was referred to them for warranty work originally...I will use this place again should I need repairs in the future. I definitely recommend them for unit services.
