He could see that the issue had been fixed even though I didn't know which why I called him but he wanted to go ahead and charge over $2,000 just for a wax ring repair. I let him know I'll pass and call them later if they had a good price then he tried to use a 10% discount to buy me in. Still refused .called other plumbers and they confirm the repair has been done and done well. Paid him his $65 onsite fee and let him go Never calling them again. For a man his age, I expect better. Company is also well overpriced.
