  Excellent work from Northwest construction. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, and considerate of my concerns. They went above and beyond my expectations with their focus on a quality. This included replacing a couple more sheets of plywood and more than doubling the amount of ice guard required by building code. There was no change in price with all they did and their clean-up was exceptional. I have never been this happy after a roof replacement. Typically, I complain to my wife for weeks after a home repair, but not this time! Best value ever!!

  I have had numerous jobs done by Northwest, roof and gutters as well as work on shed, siding and roof. When touch-ups were needed, they returned as promised. Preparation and consideration of landscape and clean-up was great afterwards on every job. The quoted price is what I paid, no surprises. The owner is honest and easy to talk to with no pressure.

  I highly recommend Northwest Construction. For years I had an overall gutter leaking problem and had several repairs and changes made but the problem persisted. Northwest went up on the roof, assessed the water flow from the roof and mapped out a gutter design that has successfully addressed the leaking problem! What a relief to find a company that takes the time to assess your individual circumstances and provide a solution.

  Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this company. I showed pictures of and described to them exactly what I wanted for siding and porch remodel and was told no problem. 3 months later (May to August) they finally show up to start working. They then gave me different siding and was told well this is what you were quoted for so this is what you’re getting by John. After Terry accused me of just not wanting to pay for their work, he did offer to change it after I showed him text messages of what I had asked for and John told me I’d be getting. As for the porch, not only did they give me smaller sized pillars than I had been told I was getting, which I just accepted without comment at that point, I had discussed with John the facade be smoothed over and repainted, which he confirmed and then later denied ever happening. Instead, they just painted over the uneven wood and chipped paint that was already there. Terry actually told me well it’s an older house, what do you expect it to look like, there’s only so much we can do. I’ve never left a Google review in my life but if I can convince even just one person from wasting their time and money with this company, I’ll be happy.
