  Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this company. I showed pictures of and described to them exactly what I wanted for siding and porch remodel and was told no problem. 3 months later (May to August) they finally show up to start working. They then gave me different siding and was told well this is what you were quoted for so this is what you’re getting by John. After Terry accused me of just not wanting to pay for their work, he did offer to change it after I showed him text messages of what I had asked for and John told me I’d be getting. As for the porch, not only did they give me smaller sized pillars than I had been told I was getting, which I just accepted without comment at that point, I had discussed with John the facade be smoothed over and repainted, which he confirmed and then later denied ever happening. Instead, they just painted over the uneven wood and chipped paint that was already there. Terry actually told me well it’s an older house, what do you expect it to look like, there’s only so much we can do. I’ve never left a Google review in my life but if I can convince even just one person from wasting their time and money with this company, I’ll be happy.

  Northwest Construction recently installed a new roof on my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional and efficient. They clearly communicated the timeline and scope of work, arrived on schedule, and completed the job which turned out fantastic. They took care to protect my property during the teardown of the old roof and even trimmed back a tree that was growing too close to the roof. I especially appreciated their responsiveness to questions and their willingness to explain the process clearly. Also, the quality of the materials used in this project were outstanding. Terry took the time to walk me through the whole roofing system which gives me confidence that our new roof will be able to withstand all the elements. And it looks great! If you’re looking for a roofing contractor, I would highly recommend them. Thank you, Terry!

  Had a new front porch installed by Northwest. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. Terry was awesome to work with and gave great advice from his years of experience. The crew did an amazing job and can tell they take great pride in their work. Will be reaching out to Northwest again without hesitation for my next project

  I had an outstanding experience with this company from start to finish. They completed a full roof tear-off and replacement, added insulation to my attic, and rerouted a bathroom fan to vent properly outside. Every aspect of the job was handled with professionalism and care. Terry came out for the quote and was thorough, honest, and easy to talk to. Steve, the project manager, was communicative, organized, and made sure everything stayed on track. The crew was efficient, respectful of my property, and did excellent work. I received four quotes for this job and found that NorthWest provided a fair quote and did not engage in any high-pressure sales tactics. This was greatly appreciated.
