  Friendly and considerate. He explained what he was going to do and answered questions I had. Considering he was replacing a new furnace with the old one, I appreciated that he knew how to make it work in a small area. Very professional. I had the furnace, hot water heater and AC replaced

  Yesterday we had Steve who was really personable and professional. After he checked the furnace he let us know that the propane level coming into the house was really low. The furnace he said should run between 12 and 13.6% propane, but was only registering eight. I was able to call Excel Propane who came out today and ended up putting on a new regulator. He could not get it to register. Above nine before he replaced it so we are good to go now. Thanks to Steve for that heads up and also Called his office at Schaafsma- and got a referral for someone who works on outdoor wood stoves as we have a leak we cannot find. So they do go above and beyond helping the customer

  They were able to see me the first day Steve explained what was going with my furnace that I was able to understand. Had to order the part and he said it should be here the following week But in the meantime, was able to get it running. My experience was great with this company. Also, Connor was the technician that installed my part and then checked to see if it was under warranty!! And it was and saved me over $200. I love this company!!!!

  Installation went really well, the units look really good only complaint we have is -we paid our electrician for the wire used. Didn’t think about it until Tuesday ( work started on Monday) we didn’t see any extra wiring laying next to unit so on Wednesday we asked the technician where the excess wiring was , we wanted it , it’s worth money he said he didn’t know where it went. Thought it might have gotten put in the van or in the truck. We said we wanted it back it’s cost us quite a bit an it was ours not part of the job equipment , he just laughed us off an said if he remembered right it was only about 5 ft left. Still it wasn’t theirs it’s ours an $ we could have gotten some back. Not saying he lied about knowing what happened to it but we were going to do the same thing he does -scrap it His name was Carl

  Fast, friendly, professional service. From the beginning in talking with the office personnel, which was equally friendly and professional, I was quickly scheduled a service Tech. Within one hour of this initial contact with the office, the service tech was on site. Within two hours, the service tech diagnosed the issue, went to retrieve the part, and remedied the matter. This was a frustrating problem that was dealt with quickly, and was a greatly satisfying experience.
