- ARAaron RigterinkFeb 11, 20261.0Zero stars if it was an option. The completely screwed over my son who is a brand new home owner. An online quote request was submitted. My son was notified that a crew was coming out to diagnose the problem. The next phone call he received was that the work was done and an invoice was given, expecting to payment before leaving the premises!! Never provided a quote. Authorization to complete work was NEVER given. Completely unacceptable business practices. This crew saw only a young woman at home and took advantage of this young couple. Disgusting Their resolution was to take $200 off the bill, which again, was never authorized to do.

That doesn’t happen very often. I wouldn’t use any other well company…..ever. From the people on the phone to the guys in the field, it’s always been a pleasant experience dealing with them.
