  Great service. Very up front and honest of what we were dealing with and what the options were. Looked at all the options and gave detailed information to allow us the best information to determine how to move forward with repair/replace.

  Schaafsma heating and cooling came to my house to give me a quote on a new furnace and AC unit. I explained to the sales guy what are some issues I'm having with the furnace and what other vendors were saying. The sales guy immediately got angry and said in a mean voice " I tell the customer what they need, the customer doesn't tell me what they need!" I asked him politely to leave. While he was leaving my house he still was being rude. I ended up giving my thousands of dollars to a friendly company called Turner Heating & Cooling. Turner Heating & Cooling communicated throughout my experience.

  What a disappointment. The technician was clearly under qualified and between the excuses and attempts at mansplaining, it was challenging. The technician arrived late, couldn’t do the whole job (cleaned the dryer vent), but not the ducts. Explained to me that he needed help but when I called to reschedule, they told me he was the ONLY tech and that all I had to do was move a few things. OMG. To say the least I will not be using their services again. What a waste of time!

  Rob was very friendly and helped me understand our geothermal system better. Unfortunately, we will need additional services to get the job completely done, but Rob worked very hard to narrow down the possibilities and look for the best options. He was able to get our heat working, and Schaafsma was able to get their most senior geothermal technician to our house the same day. Marv helped figure out what else needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and provided next steps. We could tell that the Schaafsma team cared about our family getting full working heat up as soon as possible! Update: When Marv returned for the final fix (and to correct an overcorrection done by a previous technician), he took all of the readings, and determined it did not need an additional part he was considering might be part of the issue. He showed a lot of integrity by not making a fix that the system didn't need. It felt a little like a Christmas miracle because we were expecting a much larger bill! I also really appreciated Marv's tips for keeping our system working well and for the care he gave to accurately diagnose what was going wrong. We will definitely use Schaafsma again.
