From the start, Derek was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I expected from a furnace replacement. The Centsible team was able to squeeze me in on an emergency heating call to fix my heating. My unit was from 2005, so it was time to get replaced. Derek measured out my house to ensure proper unit sizing for my furnace, which is not something I saw in common amongst other, more reputable, businesses in the area. Cory and Ryan did an excellent job with the installation. They even assisted with some simple duct cleaning and installing some hangars for the vent in my hard-to-access crawlspace. They did their work extremely clean and left nothing behind! Austin was also an extremely cool dude that helped with a minor service call afterwards, turns out was just a noisy duct. Paid a fair price compared to similar quotes, but received excellent service that is worth every penny.

He quickly diagnosed and repaired a sensor, explained exactly what he was doing, and offered helpful recommendations moving forward. Very friendly, polite, and professional. Centsible is absolutely the way to go. Extremely pleased with their service and the quality of their staff.
