  Their work speaks for itself. If under-promise and over-deliver were a company, this would be it. Ron is just a really good guy with a full schedule. If you want to be coddled and you need a lot of attention, go somewhere else. If you want an excellent job done, call Chippewa.

  Consistently showed up an hour before the stated time of 8am to begin work (7am), with extremely loud machinery. On one day of the project I informed the worker that he was supposed to start at 8am per the city, he told me he didn't care and was calling a tow truck to move all of our cars. Very rude, unresponsive and vulgar. There are better contractors in the Michigan.

  Well these guys according to kearsley creek apartments did roadwork and refused to replace garbage dumpsters back in correct location. After numerous attempts to reach by phone message they refused to compete job correctly. So know we're stuck with garbage smell while I'm sure they took cash and considered job done. Dude that's why contractors get a bad reputation. Thanks chippewa for a nice job. If you hire these guys make sure they finish the job. Then pay them. 😒
