They were helpful too, answering questions we had about the humidifier. They walked us through the parts of the system and how to maintain it. To be honest, they are the reason why I am signing up for a maintenance plan and would ask the schedulers that they be the ones to service the AC and furnace in the future. That is just how comfortable we have been working with them. Christy has also been a great help since the first time I reached out with questions about Finzel’s work on the home I recently purchased. I am thrilled to have “inherited” a great hearing/cooling company to work with. Thank you all so much!

- RSRon SheridanJan 1, 20265.0My furnace went down last Saturday night and I didn't know it was really bad. I called six heating companies and only two called me back. One was Finzel's heating. They made time for me right away and came out on that Sunday morning. After Matt did his review of the needed repairs I was told I needed a completely new furnace. I was literally leaving that next day to Florida on vacation. I let Matt know but I didn't know what to do because I never thought I could get them to fix it the very next day. He made some calls and told me that he could come back tomorrow and fix it at 10am and that it should only take 3 or 4 hours and I should be good to go on my vacation. I couldn't believe that they could move things around to accommodate us. This company has just won my business going forward without question. I will have them come back in the spring to install a new air conditioner as well. Matt was very professional and and they did a fantastic job and left with a clean work area. Thanks so much for all you did for us and making sure I was able to go on my vacation. Fantastic crew. God bless !
