Melissa was on-time, thorough in her evaluation and analysis, explained her findings completely and offered options for resolution. She also helped with installing new pmac furnace filter, purchase and installation of the furnace water panel and called the office to arrange for a follow-up assessment and consult, as well as to guide me on reorder of pmac and water panel filters going forward. A great overall experience and thanks to Melissa.

This review is for Terry Evans 8208 Hupp, Warren, MI 48089....this is what's called taking advantage of senior citizens! The price for this $400 not $1,200 which was eventually settled on but $1,700 was the price they originally tried to charge him! Stay away from these guys they will gouge you. Terry Evans

- SGSteve GageApr 7, 20261.0Hoover Electric recently installed two pendant lights (that I purchased) above my kitchen island. They talked me into a VIP deal, which included a discount on one fixture. They also did a quick inspection. The grand total was $1,047.00. I requested to have two dozen toggle switches replaced with the flat Decora switches. That cost would have been around $960.
