  We had a great experience! Don was our electrician and he repaired all of our electrical needs with expertise and care. We also had an installed a bedroom light that required a different lighting system. He gave us a reasonable quote on future lighting systems. Overall we were very impressed with Don and look forward to using Great Dane in the future!

  We had a fantastic experience with Derek from Great Dane. We’re in Macomb Township, and if you’re anywhere in the metro Detroit area and dealing with plumbing issues, he’s someone I’d absolutely recommend. He installed a hot water return line for our tankless water heater, so we finally have instant hot water, and added an expansion tank that completely fixed a whole-house water hammer issue we’d been putting up with. What really stood out was how much pride he takes in his work—the copper piping looks incredibly clean and well thought out. Not just functional, but honestly looks great. Derek was also just a pleasure to have in the house—friendly, easygoing, and respectful of our space. He cleaned up everything when he was done and left things exactly as he found them. It’s not always easy to find a contractor you feel good about recommending to neighbors, but Derek and Great Dane are definitely one of them.

  The 4 stars are for the Technicians. I asked Kyle what's the $320.00 for and he says it's for the parts. But beforehand, i already paid $129.90 for Diagnostics. I clarified because I thought it's for the labor but he says it's for the part. Mind you, my furnace is only 4 years and 4 months. I thought that when you say "warranty for 10 years " I don't have to pay fo the parts but I did. So, the "warranty " to Great Dane means discounted parts prices which is misleading.

  Columbus and his assistant were awesome at helping fix my toilet. Even though I balked at how crazy expensive it was for them to do the service or something so minor (literally that’s just absolutely wild - $$), I wanted a professional to do it and then teach me what to look out for next time something happens like that. He also gave me advice on my original water heater and sump pump for the day I need to get those replaced. So even thought the price was so stupidly expensive, the knowledge was great. We even got to talking about cars which is cool.

  Wonderful experience. Devin arrived and saved the day!! Our water heater started leaking last night and I was able to book an appointment online for the next morning. Devin called the next morning and came first thing. He was extremely knowledgeable, comforting, no pressure, kind, compassionate, thorough and did the work well and in a reasonable amount of time. Quicker than I would have thought actually. He explained everything well, in a way I could understand, friendly and I felt safe. Great job! Loyal customer for sure! Thank you Great Dane!
