  Worst communication and follow-thru ever! We started on Jan 14, 2022 with a promise of mid-June 2022 for our sunroom renovation and stamped concrete project. Christina "construction manager" never communicated status of project, delays, reasons for delays or even bothered to get back to us when they knew we were upset with lack of communication. Marland, the "manager", was no better because he kept passing the responsibility to Christina to get back to us. This is July 8 and we still don't have any idea when the project is scheduled. Additionally, their stamped concrete partner has no brochure for patterns or colors and expects people to pick their selection from his website that has poor quality pictures and minimal patterns to choose from. Do not choose this company!

  Placed an order on 7/9 with an estimated date of Sept/October. It's Feb 10, 2022 and I still do not have a scheduled install date. I have a long timeline of conversation/excuses with Temo. "We are just finishing up a job, your next in line", "We will start your job the first week of January", "we will be out next week", etc. Broken promises without even calling and letting me know they cannot stick with what they committed to. I used them in 2017 and loved them. It's so sad and disappointing they have become such a horrible company.

  Just as un update: it's been over four years of a ridiculous legal battle between "Funspace" (who changed their name to TEMO) and my parents: they installed the wrong product, not up to code, failed the building inspection, did not fix their product AND dragging my parents through court! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

  This is the second Marquis spa we have bought from Temo which is now also part of the Funspace Direct team. If you want to buy a good, high-quality hot tub, this is the place to go. They have a great selection of tubs in the store and then they totally back up your purchase, by professionally delivering, setting up, and servicing your new tub. The Technician that delivered our new tub also gave us ALL the information and chemicals we would need to prep the tub, and how to painlessly maintain it after setup. This is by far the BEST company, the service is beyond what we could have imagined. Awesome company, awesome customer service, awesome spas/hot tubs.
