  Great job on Shelby construction coming out and making it affordable for me and my family to get are roof projects done. Sales rep Michael Cooley took the time to get it priced right, and went the full mile to make my mom and myself happy. Can’t wait till it’s done. Great Job Shelby construction I would recommend them to everybody

  First off I will say this company is professional and their price was decent compared to competitors. They stayed in touch as well to keep me updated. However, the day they were supposed to come they had some issue so it was postponed and then they lost a window so one window was postponed again. I had to take 3 days off of work for what was supposed to be a 1 day job so that was a little frustrating. Second thing is I know in their contract they have damage can happen on interior walls where they install the windows, but every single window had a lot of damage where it will need to be repaired. I wasn’t expecting that level of damage. I reached out to them but they told me it’s in the contract so nothing they will do. Overall a decent company with a few issues

  Wow what a great day to start off, just had my two front bay windows installed by no other than,,, Shelby construction and I must say what a huge difference. My sales rep Mr. Michael Cooley told me to do your front bay windows than do the siding , and Michael was right, can’t wait till the soffit trim and gutters are done & I would recommend Shelby construction to all of Macomb county residents. And I can not say enough about the installers who came out to do the work. GREAT JOB 5 star all the way.

  Right from the start working with Mike Cooley through completion of the job with installation team, Shelby Construction did a great job! Mike did a great job explaining the materials that that would be used to replace the gutters and to repair soffit and fascia and cover them with siding. He answered all questions I had and explained the options available to me and allowed me to choose what was best for my home and budget. The team working on my job were professional and took care of any items I pointed out. They did a great job keeping the area clean and then came back when I pointed out a few last items that needed to be addressed and took care of it the next day. Mike followed up after the job was done with a final walked around the house and we reviewed the job together to make sure I was satisfied. The 30 year transferable warranty on both parts and service is a great peace of mind that if issues arise they will be taken care of. The house looks great.   Shelby Construction installed a new roof on my house, garage, and shed this spring and it turned out great. Their crew was very professional, quick, and efficient. They left my yard and property very clean which I appreciated. I think the best part was they were at my house at 7am and were done at 2pm, so I appreciated how quickly the service was completed. Michael Cooley was great to work with, and I would highly recommend their operation to anyone in the Saint Clair Shores area. They were fair and honest. Don't just go with the first bid when you're looking, at the very least give Shelby a shot
