  Brendan McGurk came out to do an electrical inspection. He was very thorough, extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend Hoover over any company for any of your Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling needs . Hoover notifies you when they are coming out by texting you and including a picture of the person coming out and sometimes even with their qualifications which I really appreciate. Every person that I have had come out has been very professional and explains everything you need to know concerning your reason for calling them.

  We had Hoover come out to fix a leaky humidifier on our furnace. They were prompt and did a thorough job of fixing the problem. Price was very reasonable and we signed up for their membership program for a yearly fee that gives us free service calls, inspections and many other perks. The techs were professional, friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Hoover and their VIP members program.

  The team arrived at the scheduled time and called beforehand. They even text a photo of each worker and their name The office staff were extremely pleasant to communicate with. When the job was completed, the cleanup was very good. There was a lot of dust due to breaking up the basement floor but a good job was done to contain it.

  Cameron came out for maintenance inspection of the HVAC we had installed. Everything checked out but he took extra time to make sure the control board was programmed correctly for 2nd stage heating which was missed during installation. He didn’t have to but he did and that is the great quality service I have experienced with Hoover

  We are SO grateful to be newbies in the Hoover family!! Initially, we called them to remedy an electrical issue we were having. Brendan diagnosed and repaired the problem in very short order. He also suggested that, as new owners of a 28 year old condo, we might want to consider the Hoover annual home inspection program for plumbing, electrical, and hvac systems. We purchased it for $150 and couldn't be more satisfied customers! Today, Byron performed a thorough plumbing inspection and flushed the hot water heater, which is old and tired with seriously corroded parts. Under absolutely no pressure whatsoever, we will be calling tomorrow to order a replacement, and requesting that he be the installer. These two technicians have both delivered top-notch service and were both such grand guys to have here in our home! And, a shout-out to Kellie in the office - she could not have been more accomodating in working around our health needs while scheduling our appointments. Kudos to Hoover - they are serious about hiring the highly skilled!
