  Dominic O. Was awesome. Very thorough. Walked us through everything step by step explained everything he was doing. Educating us through the whole process was honest. That’s all a customer could ask for. Even if it’s not something you wanna hear. Thanks Dominic for the education and the thorough inspection. We could have had major expenses with having to do a whole new furnace. I am so glad we Dominic from Great Dane check it out. ✍🏾

  I would highly recommend Derek M for your water heater repair if you use well water. He replaced the anode, flushed out the tank and lines and made sure the water was running clear. He is very knowledgeable about this type of work with wells and softener systems. He was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions and fill me in on the details. I am keeping him in files for future use!

  They came out on a Thursday for a tune up and inspection on my boiler system, when he left he did not turn on my power to the system, when I went to turn it on I smelled gas, they missed the gas leak, I called them on Friday morning to set up an appointment for Saturday and they would not do it, after some time they decided to send someone out, he found the leak and did nothing, it took several days for someone to get back to me, they wanted to charge me almost $500.00 to fix, they were charging me for several things I did not need, three weeks later I had enough of them so I finally had someone else to come out and fix it, only charge me $125.00 Will NEVER use them again. To update your response to me I personally replaced the thermal coupling two weeks before your technician came out. He forgot to turn the power on my heater. That’s why I went downstairs and that’s when I smelled the gas. It was your guys that missed it.

  The salesman, George T, was fantastic. He made everything simple to understand and was very easy to talk to. Keondre S and David R were very professional during the install. They were SO respectful of my house and me. They cleaned up everything. I never imagined a furnace to be pretty, but it is! Thanks team!   Great Dane Heating and Cooling is a wonderful business to deal with. My furnancevstopped working and within 48 hours, they came and inspected my furnace, gave me my options including the costs and installed a new furnance. They even arranged financing for me. They came on time, were polite and very friendly. They explained all the work they were doing and answered all my questions.
