- SMSandie MenkeFeb 10, 20221.0Placed an order on 7/9 with an estimated date of Sept/October. It's Feb 10, 2022 and I still do not have a scheduled install date. I have a long timeline of conversation/excuses with Temo. "We are just finishing up a job, your next in line", "We will start your job the first week of January", "we will be out next week", etc. Broken promises without even calling and letting me know they cannot stick with what they committed to. I used them in 2017 and loved them. It's so sad and disappointing they have become such a horrible company.
- KCKatherine CybinskiAug 26, 20211.0Just as un update: it's been over four years of a ridiculous legal battle between "Funspace" (who changed their name to TEMO) and my parents: they installed the wrong product, not up to code, failed the building inspection, did not fix their product AND dragging my parents through court! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
