- PMPam MollanJul 8, 20221.0Worst communication and follow-thru ever! We started on Jan 14, 2022 with a promise of mid-June 2022 for our sunroom renovation and stamped concrete project. Christina "construction manager" never communicated status of project, delays, reasons for delays or even bothered to get back to us when they knew we were upset with lack of communication. Marland, the "manager", was no better because he kept passing the responsibility to Christina to get back to us. This is July 8 and we still don't have any idea when the project is scheduled. Additionally, their stamped concrete partner has no brochure for patterns or colors and expects people to pick their selection from his website that has poor quality pictures and minimal patterns to choose from. Do not choose this company!

We are delighted with the product and the entire process, from estimate to completion, has been a breath of fresh air. We have never encountered the attention to detail and determination that everything will be right as we have experienced with this company. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their products and service. We feel we must give special mention to their Construction Director (Jeff Anderman) who has been superb to deal with in every way.
