She kindly explained to me that all wood boxes that have a dovetailed, full extension drawers, soft close doors and drawers. UV stratch resistant coating to prevent fading or yellowing of exposed to UV (the sun) and the best part is they have a transferable lifetime warranty. She put great attention to detail, and made sure I understood everything along the way!
