- DMDraco MalfoyAug 24, 20231.0I had someone come out to give me a quote, I believe her name was holly. She had an attitude the ENTIRE time she was quoting me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 😡😡
- DKDave KathanJul 1, 20211.0Budget installed and has been servicing generator for 10 years. I had a problem after hours and they tell me there is a $350 after hours charge( normal fee 175) they come out are here 10 minutes replace a voltage regulator which they charge me $225 and the technician said he was giving a deal normal price was $325. The following day I call and get a price from 2 other businesses and the voltage regulator was $160 from both, and i find out another customer of Budget was told after hour fee was $250.00. I call budget and was told that is their normal price for regulator and nothing they can do about after hour fee per their owner. I request to speak with owner and mention the better business Bureau and the Attorney General for price gouging and she immediately offers to credit $100 and also the$65.00 extra dollars for regulator. This is how they treat a loyal customer of 10 Years. Stay away this company has no idea how to conduct business , Total Scam
