  Very disappointed in their cabinets/warranty. Six months after installation and I have 2 chips that won’t be covered by their warranty according to my builder who remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. I have to spend $280 to replace one cabinet door and I’ll live with the other chip. I had some previous cheap cabinets for over 20 years and this never happened. I should have chosen a better cabinet company. I don’t even have kids. Oh well….Well I got a response from Alan at the store who said he will replace the cabinet at no charge so I will have to add some stars. Thank you Alan. You have a much happier customer!! My builder helped me out too by coming back to install it. Thank you Willie at KJK!!

  Alen the store manager was just fantastic, we sat down with him and he truly right off the bat felt like a friend. I started off my emailing him and he was very quick with getting back to me and when I met him in person He was so sweet, he walked us through the whole process and different options, he was extremely patient and sweet. His personality alone sold us but they also have amazing prices and great cabinets, you can tell he cares about getting you the best price and working with you too. He does the opposite of up selling he pointed us to look around at different countertops before we decided to buy through him, and that has so thoughtful because you can tell he’s not trying to make money off us, he’s trying to build our dream kitchen. I definitely recommend 100%, they are amazing!!!

  I purchased my kitchen cabinets from this company in 2019, and they told me the product came with a lifetime warranty. A few years later, the cabinet doors started peeling, than after a while cracking, and the wood began to deteriorate. I contacted the company and sent photos, but they claimed this specific type color is no longer available and we cant do anything.” This is nothing but an excuse to avoid responsibility. I paid a lot of money for these cabinets, and now my kitchen looks terrible because of the damaged two doors. The company has no replacement doors, no parts to buy, and no real support. A product that is advertised with a lifetime warranty should not fall apart in less than 6 years. I strongly warn anyone considering buying from them. Their quality is poor, the warranty is misleading, and they do not stand behind their products. ** Scam company **
