  We had a great experience right from the beginning. Larry was so helpful in their show room, explained the product and their differences. He helped us make a great decision on what flooring to get then set up a time to come to our home and get all the measurements! On the day of installation the crew was very professional and worked effortlessly completing the job and cleaned up! Definitely will use this company for our future upgrades! Alban and his crew were awesome, really know what they are doing!

  My sales contact Larry was great, no problems with him. I paid extra for the installers to move my bedroom furniture. Everything was written on my paperwork (move furniture, haul away old carpet, etc..). The installers is why I gave one star. Absolutely horrible. First, they weren't going to move my furniture, saying "they don't do that". I explained it's in the paperwork and it will be moved. Treated me poorly. Then he said he will be putting my old carpet in my garage.. I said, "no, you will haul this away" He said "no room in truck" (broken english). I called the store and they said he will be hauling it away. Then they sliced my internet wire and tried to hide it, acting like I wouldn't notice..I had no internet connection. Had to call At&T out and they fixed it, with no charge. If there was a charge, they would be held responsible. Would not recommend. Horrible experience.

  My family and I recently remodeled our bathroom through this company and we were all beyond impressed! We previously had a bathtub and decided that a stand up shower would work better for our family. The whole installation process was completed fast and easy! Very polite workers, and very clean.
