Yesterday I stopped by to drop off my Stihl chainsaw for repair. I expected a few days wait. The saw was fixed, tested and a new chain put on in under 20 minutes. Last week I walked in and asked for an unusual washer with my typical vague description and measurements. They treated me like a VIP even though I was spending 85 cents. Two weeks ago I needed some lumber. I asked for what I need and they loaded it up for me. I didn't have to search through the pile because EVERY BOARD IS STRAIGHT! This shocked me. I am used to big box stores that make 2x4's from corkscrew willow. Give them a try next time something breaks at your house. You will be glad you did.
