My parents had this company out and would not recommend at all. By looking at the reviews I'm noticing the same trend. They were told a flat fee when coming out to look without actually doing anything. By the time he was done (he was here for roughly 30 minutes) the price jumped by $156. They expressed to him that's not what they were told on the phone. A typical company would apologize and try to make the situation right. That was not done at all. Not once did we hear an apology for miscommunication on their part, instead he spiked an attitude with us which was very inappropriate. Sadly, this is one way to lose buisness and we will be making sure no one we know uses this company.
Response to your reply: you mentioned additional charges for the repair including parts and tools used. There was no repair to the heater that was looked at. One tool was used to see what the problem was but there was no fixing or repairing the issue. Not to mention your tech started off on the wrong foot by mocking our heater asking if it was purchased from Amazon. I am here to alert others on what your not doing and that is not giving clear communication to your customers. If it costs $109 to step foot on the property and then an extra $156 to just look at the heater that is absurd. Hopefully you take this advice into consideration as you lost future business, a bad review, and making sure others do not make the same mistake we did.

We had them come out and diagnosis our heater issue. We were told a flat fee for them to come out and diagnosis. And then when they were done diagnosing the price completely changed. Highly do not recommend this company!

Had them out to fix our furance, that was not kicking on fan.The man came in looked at furnace said it was hot. Then proceeded to tell us that it was the filter that was in there was the wrong filter. We have been using this type of filter since we bought the furnace. Then Preseced to walk into every bedroom room and bathroom said he was checking vents. Why??? Was he going from room to room in our house. There was nothing wrong with vents, the furnace wasn't working and running this was a concern why going into rooms. Then stood and looked, out window. Then proceeded to tell us it was only the filter that was causing the issue. Then went outdoors to make out a bill come back in with a $210 bill no receipt he said his computer thing did not work nothing showing what he did or what the bill was all about. Before the next day the furnace didn't work again had to get electric heaters to make it work. They said they would come out the next day but it would be another $120 because it was another trip. We explained to them you were just out less than a day ago well it's still another $120 cuz it's for something else. We explain to them it's the same issue. So we proceeded to get someone else and it is an electrical part that was heated that could have caused more damage to our furnace because this man didn't fix the part he was too busy walking around and going through our rooms instead of doing his job. And then never gives us a receipt showing what he even actually did which was nothing.

We had lost power at our cottage and when the power came back on our heat would not come back on. It was early evening and when I called, we were able to secure an appointment for first thing in the morning Bryan was the technician - he was very kind. He explained what needed to be done and he did it quickly. It was very much appreciated. We had a great experience.
