The technician gave a courtesy call before he arrived which I appreciated. He performed the necessary maintenance work professionally and in a timely manner. After the work was done he took time to explain what he had done and how my system was operating.

Crome Mechanical is an absolute joke. I paid well over $5,000 less than a year ago to have them install a tankless water heater, and since then it has failed to produce hot water more than four times, each time requiring a service call.
Their excuse on the earlier visits was that there was supposedly silt caught in the “mesh” screen, even though it was never anywhere near fully clogged. Now the unit has a physical leak coming from inside itself, and instead of standing behind their equipment or workmanship, they refuse to warranty it without charging me again for a unit that isn’t even a year old.
Spending that kind of money should buy reliability and at least some confidence that the installer will make it right when something clearly goes wrong. Instead, I got repeated failures, weak excuses, and zero accountability. I would not trust Crome Mechanical with another dollar.

What exactly is reverse osmosis?
Reverse osmosis is a water purification process that utilizes a specialized membrane to filter out contaminants, allowing only clean water to pass through.
