  From beginning to end Metro Carpet has provided us not only with excellent value for carpeting our basement and stairs along with click tile in kitchen, laundry, and entryway but superior workmanship of the installers. Each and every one of the employees/owners/installers was professional as well as kind and accommodating wherever they could be. What a great and dependable place. Thank you so much all of you!

  Jim and his team came and did a great job. They were prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job. We came in to the store on a Sunday - and the carpet was installed that Tuesday. Amazing experience. A+

  Overall: great experience. Great price, great service, great timing. Will use metro floors in the future for any floor needs. My wife had been wanting new carpet for years. We went ti Lowe’s first and were blown away by how expensive the options were, and decided we needed to save more and new carpets weren’t in the cards just yet. Saw this place on the drive home and I’m so glad we stopped in. First off, Mike was stellar. Very knowledgeable, didn’t pressure us into anything, just shared options and pricing that was within our budget. We had our 4yo and 1yo with us, and he worked with us through that chaos too. He found a great option that was an amazing price. And we got it installed within a week. Abe and Manny came promptly at 9am and installed and did a Greta job. Super fast, and did great work. 500sqft of carpet installed in about 3hrs.

  Mike at the Canton store was extremely helpful. He was able to schedule our project fast and helped me pick out a quality carpet that was also budget friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality flooring solutions.

  Mike and his team are friendly, fast, efficient, and reliable. We have been thoroughly impressed with their work. We had carpeting placed in our family room, a carpet runner up our stairs, and throw rugs made from remnants. We highly recommend metro carpet and floors Canton for all your flooring needs.
