  first of all , it was Gale that did the insulation on our house in2013. now, 5 years later , I get Rodney , the same man that did the original work. He is a working picture in action, he has no pace, its go,go. He did a good job, and his son cleaned up after him. The winds were over 20 mph below that deck , it was a challenge. The crew to follow up and do the fiberglass was also efficient and battled the wind below the deck, the lead man was a hard worker , and did. most of the work by himmself. His second was on his celll phone too often and was noticeable. That is to say when they finished and left , the job was well done and I have no negative comments for their work. Thank God for the man in charge ,he was serious, took his job the same way and did a good job. Also, they have to plan better, if they have to go someplace ,to see your sons football game I would encourage that, but business is business , plan the day and work hard to fit the schedule but, know your responsibilities and which comes first. Your job { responsibilty | or your personal time? They musy learn they are just not workers, but part of a team , and that team needs everyone working together to make it win. W I N meaning " What's IMoetant NOW " W I N These comments show disrespect , they all are fine men. and no one , and I mean no one should loose a job over this. I was a High football Coach , I wish more parents the 1969 thru 1975 , would have come to see their sons play , so I commend the person who can't wait to get out of work and leave, I had 6 children , they all played High school sports, I felt the same way. My word of advice is , plan your day with your team so you all can enjoy what you choose to do after work. But, Business comes first.   We booked a spray foam application over a week ago they were due here this morning. It took us 3 hours to move everything from our business so they could do the application only to get a message 15 minutes before they are due here saying their foam didn't arrive on FRIDAY and would have to reschedule. NOT ACCEPTABLE...I should have been called Friday...I now have to move everything back so I can do my business only to move it all out again and back again when I find ANOTHER contractor to do my job...
