  Anneke and her team provided great advice with design down to details of the correct pull and knobs for the cabinets. The work was completed in a timely manner. All those involved were nothing but professional.

  I had selected a wood stain cabinet, the exact one that was shown in their Byron Center showroom, because I really liked how it looked in their showroom. However, when the cabinets arrived and were installed, the stain was so much different than the ones in the showroom, they were much darker in some areas than others, and the door panels were very blotchy/streaky. While the KSI sales lady agreed that they were different and that the cabinets I received were not like what was in the showroom, they refused to make it right. I’m now stuck with cabinets that my builder has to fix for me, and pay for on my own. I would caution anyone buying a stained cabinet from KSI, and warn that they will not make it right if something isn’t accurate. The photos show my cabinets that were installed, and the ones that are the “same” from the Byron Center showroom.

  Our experience with Kim Young, our KSI Consultant, was absolutely amazing! Kim took the time to truly understand what we wanted to accomplish with the cabinetry in our new home and work through solutions we hadn’t even thought of. From the unique design of our kitchen island to the beautiful cabinets in our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room we great appreciate all the time and thought Kim put into our home. I didn’t really get to realize how perfect the kitchen turned out until I got to spend time in the kitchen looking around and visualizing where I was going to put everything. Kim was also largely instrumental in the sizing and placement of our granite countertops even with a couple “panic” calls from us about the fabrication process…..Kim was quick to respond and took the time to carefully think through the best layout and usage of the granite. Thank you so much Kim for helping us build our dream home!

  We contacted KSI -Byron Center, MI- Julie Kersjes-Senior Designer to design our 2nd cabinet design project for our home. Julie had done a complete new home cabinet project for us using Pioneer (Michigan made) cabinets & she did a great job! Again this Pioneer project with Julie was great! Everyone we talked with at KSI was very helpful & professional!

  We used KSI Kitchen & Bath to upgrade and better utilize space in our kitchen. KSI was very professional and did a fantastic job. The entire process from design through installation was seamlessly. We love the colors and the additional organization space we gained. Theresa, Brian and Greg were great to work with and did an amazing job. We absolutely love our new kitchen and highly recommend KSI.
