  A friend of ours recommended American sewer, I called 7am and they could have brought someone out in a couple hours. Well I work 3rd shift so I needed sleep. They worked with my schedule and made an appointment at 3pm the same day. Chance arrived 15 minutes early and he was very polite and got right to work. He had our home back up and running within the hour of his arrival. I read up on the reviews and his name got brought up alot in the reviews. So when the legend showed up at my house I knew things were gonna get done. And sure enough he accomplished the mission and made another household happy. Thank you chance. I will recommend american sewer to everyone that needs help.

  I called to have an apartment drain cleaned. Asked them to make sure the person doing the drain cleaning notified me when he was there. He never called me. The tenant said he was in and out in no time. I contacted them the next morning telling them we still had an issue. The person answering the phone was rude. Refused to send someone back put to finish the job. Talked over me when I was telling her what was going on and would not let me talk to another person there. I have used them for 5 years and never have had problems before with them. I have recommended them several times. Never again will I use them or recommend them. I asked several times to talk to a manager or someone that would listen to what I was saying. The woman on the other end of the phone refused me that opportunity.

  Nate saved us thousands and was in and out in minutes after being told we would need a whole new sewer system. Seriously a life saver, reccomend to anyone especially on a budget.

  I waited two plus hours for them, then called and was told it would be another two hours so I ran to the bank. As I parked, the plumber was in my driveway and left. I was told I received a call which I did not and a note on my door which is not one. I am highly upset due to my family and I using this company on previous occasions, highly unprofessional!

  We've had backed up plumbing and shower for over a week. After calls to Roto Rooter in Lansing, well.... let's just say my landlord was not happy with the service or the price that he was charged. I found out about this company through word of mouth from my wife's aunt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. A price from Roto Rooter was $900. You guys, almost a quarter of what the other guy quoted and charged. And it didn't fix the problem. You guys, you are very competent in the work you do. Please tell the man that came to Corunna tonight, THANK YOU VERY MUCH
