  Called on a Saturday night and was told they’d only do commercial work after hours and to call back at 8am. I had warranty work so I waited and called first thing at 8am. I was told that the guy that originally came out put that our issue was grease which it was not so our warranty might be void. We were told it be 2 hours before they could get to us (don’t forget we had no toilet shower anything since 6pm the night before). After 3 hours I called back to check and was told again it would be another 2 hours! Ok wait another 3 hours called again and was told you’re next. Finally this man shows up and he was very polite and apologized for the long wait and went to check our issue, within 10 minutes it was fixed. He said our issue wasn’t grease and he was able to grant our warranty. Very happy with him but very disappointed in how the company handled our situation. How do I call at 8am when you first open yet I don’t get service until the end of your day?! Yes we were the last job of the day. They could have told us that from the beginning and we could have made arrangements but instead we waited around all day with no toilets.

  I was having issues with my sink draining. Someone referred me to ASC. They sent a young man named Jimmie. He was polite and personable. He got down to work, got it taken care of and cleaned up after himself. He then took the time to explain what was wrong and how I could prevent it from happening again. Just great! I'd use them again.

  I called after finding sewage coming up in my basement. They were able to come out within 3 hours and found the problem. The line was severely clogged from the house to the sewer line at the street. Tim was friendly and professional. He explained the issue and worked very hard until the problem was resolved. The transparent pricing was great and the price was exactly what they quoted me which was 75-80% lower then the three other companies I called. I highly recommend this company.

  My sewage line was clogged and they sent someone out to snake out the sewage line when my basement was holding all our waste water and sewage. They said they unclogged my sewage but the basement is still filled with all my sewage water they told me I needed to pay an additional $60 after I just paid them $125 to fix my issue that wasn't fixed. Don't use them unless you want to get upcharged.

  American Sewer Cleaners saved the day! Our sanitary sewer line suddenly plugged and Jen at American Sewer Cleaners had a technician at the house the same morning I called. I had called around looking for help and no other company was able to respond so quickly. I wish to especially acknowledge Justin, the very capable technician, who did the work to unplug our sewer line. Justin was courteous, hard working, and did not rest until he knew our main drain pipe was open. We have a very long sewer line and it took going the extra mile to unplug blockages caused by tree roots. After the work was done, Justin took extra care cleaning up and left the work area spotless. We could not have asked for a better job and the price was super competitive. I would give American Sewer Cleaners a 10 star rating if such a rating existed. Thank you for a job well done!
