  We worked with Spencer & Sons for a home addition for an office and extended master closet, and then a master closet/bath gut and remodel to make it all the bathroom. Overall, we are very happy with the overall end result. The entire Spencer & Son team was great to work with through out the entire process. They took our vision and really brought it to light! Really appreciate everything they did and would use them again for any project.

  Two no show installation dates. The first cancellation was through email and I called the second day of install to get an estimated time of arrival for them to say they are sorry they dropped the ball again. Stated that we were a small job for them with no regard to try to get us back on schedule due to larger jobs.

  Working with Spencer and Sons Construction to build our new home was truly a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, they treated us like family and made sure we felt comfortable and supported through every step of the process. Building a home can be stressful, but their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication gave us so much peace of mind. They listened to our ideas, respected our budget, and worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life. The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding, and it’s clear they take great pride in their work. They also connected us with excellent local referrals, which made the process even smoother and ensured everything came together seamlessly.   Recently Spencer & Sons completed a remodel of our master bathroom. We could not be happier with the outcome. Everyone from the sales team to the workers were so helpful with each step. They assisted by listening to what we wanted and made it happen. We would certainly trust them again with an additional project.

  Over the course of 10 years, I've had Spencer and Sons completely remodel my kitchen, replace an aging deck, install walls (framing, insulation, sheetrock) around the perimeter of my basement, and add a powder room to the basement. I wouldn't keep returning if I weren't completely satisfied with their work. Spencer and Sons is a quality outfit that I can heartily recommend.
