  We worked with Ambra at the Brighton location to design cabinets and a bathroom shower for our basement finish project. We really appreciated Ambra’s design advice and ideas. At the KSI store we saw a brick tile display which we wanted to incorporate into our design and she had good ideas to help us. She was always responsive to our communication and available with flexible appt times! Ambra also visited our home to meet with our contractor so there were no surprises when it came time for him to complete installation of the shower and cabinets. She guided us to an affordable price with ways to save cost since it was a basement without sacrificing quality. We really liked the one day installation shower system that KSI uses along with Henderson glass shower doors. We appreciated the coordination of all the details and recommend this company.

  Ambra was amazing to work with! She was so helpful and knowledgeable from day one. From helping with the design, to picking everything out and answering any of my many questions … she was a pro. The crew was very punctual and professional to work with also. We would definitely recommend KSI in Brighton, MI any day.

  Very disappointed in my experience with KSI. My designer had over a month to put my design together but it never happened and after waiting 10 days after I was told he would write up a quote for me with no progress, I decided to seek help elsewhere. I put in a phone call regarding this and never got a call back. More than once I waited for a response to questions via email but never got answers until I called. I was patient and understanding and I know I’m not his only client, but he made it apparent that my project was of zero importance. I offered to put down a deposit to get things moving forward and asked if perhaps phone calls or meeting in person was better in terms of communication but all I got was a “sorry.” Horrible communication dragging this along for over a month with no progress whatsoever. Don’t waste your time. Regarding Merillat cabinets - I placed an order for a sample door panel which was supposed to be shipped after a week. Two weeks later it still shows awaiting shipment. I contacted Merillat and was told it’s still in production but that it was showing it was to be delivered the following day. It never arrived and when I called back the next day, I was told yet again, it’s still in production and they would reach out to manufacturing to find out why it’s taking so long. I never heard back. That is $50 down the drain.
