They explained everything, came on time and left everything spotless. We were having our water heater replaced plus some other things, they included water pan that goes under the water heater, while other company charged extra for it. We were happily surprised. We suddenly had poopy water flowing up into our basement, 430pm on a Friday, holiday weekend! Surely we can't get any help until Tues at the earliest. A quick call confirmed we were a Gold member, and they made sure a technician - Brenden!!! - would be by in around 30 minutes - wow! Brenden was so nice, explained everything, did several checks on related items to make sure we were fully ready for winter that he could have easily just skipped. The price ended up being much less than expected as well. He put up with all of my annoying questions haha. Who gets a 30 minute plumber after close of business on a holiday weekend?!? Lakeside Customers that's who. Brenden saved 2025 holidays.
