From start to finish, her design expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail made the process seamless. Ambra guided us with thoughtful recommendations, always keeping our style and needs in mind, and the end result is simply beautiful. It’s hard to put a price tag on the kind of service she provided — we felt truly taken care of every step of the way. If you’re considering a kitchen renovation, I can’t recommend Ambra highly enough.

We had planned to use KSI for our entire home cabinet order, just to be told months later our order was never placed despite a signed lien waiver form signed by THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE stating they indeed received $20,000 from our funds towards our order. KSI management took zero accountability, stating the lien waiver is fraudulent despite having their employees signature (who conveniently “left” the job shortly after signing). Absolutely disgusting and dishonest business who I will continue to tell all to stay far far away from.
