Both times the service has been top notch and the technicians are extremely knowledgeable. The technician I had most recently, Adam even referenced an HVAC study to help me understand the draw backs of an additional service he offered. On top of that he wasn’t pushy at all and gave me an array of options. I bought the memberships Dan would highly recommend it to anyone who wants top notch service. I won’t go to anybody else now.

Dominion was very responsive, professional, priced reasonably and overall a great company. They even loaned me space heaters! Bobby was an excellent installer as well as his co-workers Austin & Austin. Very professional, informed me of every step and even had a broom and dustpan to clean up. Highly recommend this company!

He happened to work at Dominion, and upon investigating the unit, we realized the furnace needed to be replaced. After doing additional research, we decided to purchase from Dominion based on their up front service and selling approach. I will say that we have been beyond pleased with their service! We have needed a couple of routine visits for the furnace, and they have been prompt, professional, and polite through every step...from the phone calls to their great customer service rep, Sarah, to the technicians who visit our home. We always receive text messages with acknowledgment of the appointment with pictures of the reps, which is really nice. Everyone is VERY helpful and dedicated to their role in the company. I would recommend Dominion to anyone in need of HVAC services.

We have also had to purchase new furnaces and AC units for them and they always made the process as seamless as possible even though it is a huge expense. Marshall is always very informative and helpful when he does the inspections. Ryan is great at making the purchases feel less stressful and the install team is always professional and does a great job! We are always happy with our products!
