Our salesperson (Jillian) ghosted us as soon as she provided a quote, days-later responses to email and voicemail. So we had to contact the main store number and ask for any salesperson to help us. Logistics were a problem. Scheduled to start installation between 12 and 2, by 3 we called store to find out where installer was…they had no clue. They promised the installer would be there by 4, they showed up at 5:15. Installers were extremely unprofessional - rude, non-communicative, and disrespectful. They never introduced themselves, just expected entry into the home to get started. They needed more light so they went digging around our house a grabbed a lamp from another room. The carpet looks like an amateur installed it - edges wavy and barely go under the trim, multiple instances of strings and scrap to be cleaned up, etc. Will never consider Riemer again.

I waited several weeks for an appointment, and the scheduler (Jennifer) decided to send only one technician out despite the significant amount of work to complete, and despite my urging that this was a big job that would need more support. The technician who finally showed up said he wouldn't have time to do the job, so he left without completing any work at all. Jennifer, instead of putting any effort into getting me rescheduled quickly with the appropriate team for the job, decided to add me to the end of the queue, meaning another monthlong wait. If the work is ever completed, I will be very happy to never work with this company again.
