  We worked with Kelly at KSI for our kitchen and bath design at our new home. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process fun! She was great with communication and was very responsive to our questions. Working with KSI was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this company to family and friends!! We look forward to cooking in our beautiful, new kitchen!!

  Closing on two month with no design yet to be reviewed. Multiple attempts to reach the sales person only to be given empty promises about when the design will be ready. If I had to score the sales person on communication and customer service, zero would be a high score.
