KSI was listed as our local dealer. We called KSI to determine if they would sell just the inserts and scheduled to come in. Upon arrival the Birmingham associate told us that they would not sell the inserts they only deal in whole remodels. We specifically wanted the dura supreme inserts and they are the only sellers. We explained we had an appointment for this reason and dura supreme instructed us to use them. She responded with we wont do that you need to buy on Amazon. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced especially for what should be a high end brand representative.
