  Mark did a terrific job with our home inspection. We are first time homebuyers and had a lot of questions about the home we are purchasing. Mark walked us through our whole house, showed us where the water and gas shut offs are, showed us the breaker box, explained how to maintain our water filtration system... and so much more! He gave us so many tips and recommendations that will be invaluable to us. We feel much more confident about not only maintaining our home, but also about our purchase agreement. Mark took his time in the home then made a thorough and fair report for us, which helped us in our negotiating process. I researched many other inspectors in the area and got a lot of quotes.   Mark was professional, arrived the property right on time. Checked the entire property and gave consolidated report of property condition. Answered all my questions. Quoted price which is same in the market for standard sqft. Overall I would definitely recommend Mark for your house inspection.
