They took my information and scheduled a visit and said they would come out same day between 3-4pm, and that they would call or come the next day if they couldn't make it. Never heard from them again and it's now 1 week later. No call, no visit. Nothing. What a joke...

He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like I was asking dumb questions. Definitely would recommend!
